Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have about our products
• Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Account Representative Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn about our products and services
• Valid Driver' s License and clean driving history
• Bachelor' s Degree in Music preferred
• A passion for music and musical instruments
