We are looking for an experienced multi-unit hotel operations leader to oversee a number of client accounts in Louisville. This Area Manager will oversee 10+ locations and develop the leaders at each site.

Area Manager Requirements:

• Hotel or valet/parking operations management experience of 3+ years
• Multi-site leadership experience is required
• A strong drive to provide great customer service and hospitality
• Be an involved teacher and mentor to our teams and future leaders
• Strong financial acumen managing multi-site budgets
• Flexible availability - our business is 24/7 in nature
