Area Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Role modeling expected behavior and coaching team on standards
- Provide amazing customer service and exceed our customer' s expectations
- Oversee 6 locations
- Coaching, training, and onboarding store leaders
- Sanitation is important! You will maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
- Willingness to learn new things
Area Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a position overseeing multiple locations
- Track record of operational (P&L) Success
- Must have an open availability
- High School or equivalent (preferred)
