A HIGH VOLUME scratch kitchen restaurant in New Orleans is looking for a reliable and detail oriented Assistant General Manager. The successful candidate will have culinary and management background. We re looking for a self-motivated individual that has the desire to grow within an organization.

The successful candidate must be able to rally the team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done. Keeping your eyes on a lot of elements: such as food standards, ordering, scheduling, cost management, inventory, safety, etc.
