Exciting concept within a fast-paced and fun development in District Detroit is looking for a strong Assistant Kitchen Manager! We need candidates who have high-volume experience with corporate brands in their background. The ability to manage a large staff with a coach's mentality and maintain high-quality standards, even during the busiest holiday weekends, is critical to being successful with our company. This is also a very hands-on role, so we are looking for a "roll your sleeves up" leader who enjoys being in the thick of a busy kitchen.

Assistant Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Strong values and high-energy style of leadership - one who thrives in a busy kitchen
  • Hands-on Assistant Kitchen Manager who works side by side with the staff
  • Accomplished in developing people and growing a strong team around them
  • Expert knowledge in controlling food and labor, as well as upholding brand standards and menu specs
  • Willing to engage with other outlets throughout the property to give guests exceptional dining experiences
  • Professional and mature approach to running a multi-million dollar property
