Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of the team, guests, and food
  • Ensure team is performing correct tasks and processes
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of food
  • Be a mentor and developer of your team

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • Kitchen management - lead or assistant - in a casual dining establishment for a minimum of 2 years
  • Led a team of over 10 people
  • Sales in the $2-3 million range
  • Team player

Assistant Kitchen Manager Benefits:
