We are looking for a scratch-kitchen experienced leader to help our brand grow in this market. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is an integral part of our BOH success and also will interact with guests in the dining room during service. Kitchen Manager Required Background:
  • 3+ years as a salaried Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager with another corporate branded concept
  • Strong leadership qualities and a track record of coaching and mentoring quality talent
  • Upbeat personality and excellent communication skills to uphold high standards
  • Budget and financial savvy with a laser-focus on inventory and cost controls
