Assistant Manager Job Requirements:

• Work with the General Manager and ownership to leader staff.
• Staffing, scheduling, hiring, firing, and training employees
• Maintain and grow restaurant sales
• Excellent wine knowledge - Level 1 Sommelier preferred
• Exceptional guest focus
• High volume restaurant environment
• Upscale-casual polished dining experience is a must
