We are on the hunt for energetic and passionate Assistant Restaurant Managers with exceptional guest service and eager to grow their career in a fun and exciting environment! You will be responsible for setting the tone for guest service during each shift, so must have exceptional, positive energy.
Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
Responsible for financial and basic payroll and HR duties
Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
In charge of recruiting, interviews, and hiring high-quality candidates
Making sure you support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience
Have knowledge of inventory levels and stock organization
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of Restaurant Management experience. Knowledge of films and cinema is a plus and preferred.
ServSafe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
High-volume experience of $5 million or more.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, & holidays.
