Assistant Manager

A well-known, regional restaurant brand is looking for an Assistant Manager in the Wrightsville Beach, NC market. This is a unique, upscale dining, waterfront concept with freshly-caught seafood. This person will be a strong leader who can make an impact on restaurant results immediately. The ideal candidate will be high energy and driven to succeed in any environment. The right manager will build strong, cohesive teams and will pursue excellence relentlessly. This candidate will manage all key indicators of restaurant performance and will ensure standards are maintained and business objectives are achieved. The idea manager will develop corrective action plans to address business shortfalls. The Assistant Manager is ultimately responsible for all restaurant operations.




The Assistant Manager' s responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Build top-line sales through superior execution
  • Grow bottom line profits through planning and accountability
  • Review restaurant results and create an action plan to address any opportunities
  • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
  • Ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service
  • Thrive in training, R&D, high volume location
  • Must be able to adapt and overcome at the drop of a hat

His clients include large multi-concept companies, small family-owned businesses, bars and nightclubs, and country clubs. Outside of the office, Chris spends time at the park or the beach with his terrier mix rescue from Puerto Rico. He enjoys getting out for a round of golf or relaxing with a nice cigar and a rum & coke. You might find Chris working on his car when he isn't behind his desk. He also enjoys visiting family and clients in Maryland whenever he gets the chance.
