- Oversee all Banquet management functions including working with Sales, Culinary, Guest, and Audio Visual to ensure Guest expectations are exceeded
- Coordinate all event activities and personnel
- Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
- Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
- Research and identify successful event opportunities
- Maintain stock of event supplies
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Culinary degree or applicable work experience
- 3-5 years practical experience required in both high volume and fine dining establishments or Banquet functions.
- We are looking for someone with new, current and fresh ideas to bring to the table. In an ideal world someone with luxury experience.
- Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
- Strong project managing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
