Job Description
We are a high-end property seeking a strong Sous Chef to join our team at our commissary Banquet facility. You' ll be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef
- Experience working in high-end catering, banquets, or a commissary kitchen
- Experience working in a union environment
- A passion for cooking and developing those around you

Michael spent the early part of his professional career as a Chef and a Senior Leader in hospitality operations. In 2021, Michael joined the Goodwin team as a Recruiting Partner. Michael began his career over 15 years ago as a hospitality professional and worked his way up to a Director of Culinary role before entering the recruiting and consulting field.
