We are a culture-focused fast-casual restaurant concept that is growing all over the country! Our Bench GMs will enjoy 7 major holidays off per year, a 48-hour average workweek, and next-level growth opportunities. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to learn in our existing location, and help lead us when we open the next one!
Job Requirements for our Bench General Managers:
- Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience as a GM in a high volume, corporate environment.
- This is a hands-on position and comfort in the FOH and BOH is preferred
- Must have a proven track record of community interaction, people development, and sales growth
