Partner as an independent contractor under your own small business LLC

Day-to-day focus is on generating new business, sourcing and interviewing job seekers, and working with clients to introduce them to candidates for their job opportunities

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity.

Total earnings are limitless based on your efforts, as you are the creator of your own success.




Requirements

Solid experience in a Leadership, Recruiting, Human Resource or Sales position.

Self-driven and competitive in nature

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional, remote office environment

Possesses strong communication skills and integrity

Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships

Goal-oriented

The financial ability to support yourself during the training and ramp-up period of 3 to 4 months - no base salary or draw.

Briana Miller brings together more than 20 years in the hospitality industry along with her education and experience in human resources. The marriage of these experiences allows Briana to match the very BEST candidates with the BEST companies. She is excited to have found a way to bring her passion for the "people business" of hospitality into a career that allows her more control over her time and schedule.
 
Briana joined the Goodwin team in 2021 after spending eight years managing a full-service hotel and conference center. Prior to that, Briana worked in human resources within hotels for seven years. Her background includes experience in accounting and food & beverage, and she has a degree in human resources. Briana has learned through her past experiences that tenacity, excellent listening skills, confidence, and the ability to build lasting relationships are the keys to successful recruiting.
 
Briana is a Colorado native who recently decided to move to the East Coast for a change in scenery. She enjoys anything that gets her outdoors with her husband and adorable dog, is an avid Cross Fitter, and LOVES to travel!
