Job Description
We are searching for a CNC Lathe Programmer. This position will require 3 to 5 years of MasterCam experience working in a CNC programming environment.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
Writes or modifies programs using MasterCam, checks and optimizes programs using Vericut, and creates setup sheets and machining instructions.
Assist machinists with troubleshooting or other related machining questions.
Properly identify tooling to be used via a tool management system.
Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speeds, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut.
Make program adjustments after the first run to optimize the process and gain repeatability for future lots.
Renishaw programming and Productivity Plus knowledge. Understanding probing macro codes, and machine variables.

Total 7+ years of CNC experience including on 2, 3, 4, and 5+ axis kinematic machines, performing setup and programming lathe with Live tooling, Swiss, and Hardinge type machines.
Proficiency in the use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparator, thread gauges, etc.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD&T

This included several brands like Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Wyndham, and independents. Larry also worked for Wyndham Corporation, Lane Hospitality, and National Hospitality Services as an Operations Manager and General Manager.
- Larry has been married for 23 years to Cherie. They have two daughters, Sam (19) and Sarah (15). Larry is a classic foodie; he loves to cook, drink, and learn about food and wine. He enjoys the outdoors, fishing, (crabbing when he gets back to NJ for visits), hiking, and camping. Larry’s favorite nonprofit is “Give Kids the World.”
