A northside of Indianapolis casual sports bar legend is looking for a Restaurant Manager. Hold on to your hats - 40-45 hour workweek! Closed on Sunday! THAT IS NOT A MISPRINT! Ideally, they like all of their managers to work a 40-hour workweek and they closed every Sunday! Quality of life is very important to the owner for his team. Don' t misunderstand - all managers must be results and goal-driven. They must be able to build a team around themselves. They must be loyal to their team, and the team' s well-being should be their first focus.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Staffing and Performance Management

  • 5 years of full-service General Manager experience
  • Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detailed guest service
