Looking for a Catering Sales Manager for a growing upscale polished casual concept based in the Twin Cities with 6 locations and 1 satellite location in Rochester, MN, and growing. We are a scratch restaurant with two concepts serving high-quality food economically. You will work from home and in the field.




Catering Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Territory catering sales financials, guest interaction, and driving and managing sales
  • At least 1 year of experience as an outside Catering Sales Manager with at least $100, 000 in personal volume experience
  • An existing portfolio/book of business history and clients
  • Expertise in a full range of delivered and staffed off-site catering sales for meetings, events, and weddings
  • Able to work from home and in the field, meeting with prospects and restaurant management
  • The work week will consist of Monday through Friday and hours between 45-50

Catering Sales Manager Compensation:
  • The base is between $50k and $70k plus 1-3% commission on sourced business.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision
  • PTO
  • Monday through Friday workweek
