Requirements for Chef/Kitchen Manager
At least two years experience managing a kitchen.
You must volume cooking experience and familiar with a scratch style kitchen.
You must be able to train and motivate your BOH team with passion and professionalism

Compensation for Sous Chef
$38, 000 to $42, 000 a year
