We are a growing, very high-volume, fine-dining restaurant group that has been successful in the Baltimore and Washinton DC area. Our concept is focused on locally-sourced and sustainable food. If you are a superior Chef de Cuisine with a passion for locally-sourced, high-quality food and have a hands-on approach to leading, we want to meet you.
You will be responsible for leading the team and providing exceptional quality food to our guests. The Chef de Cuisine will direct and motivate their team and maintain and promote a professional, family atmosphere and ensure a quality employee experience.
Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume fine-dining or upscale concept
Independent brand experience is preferred
Strong organization skills and hands-on, lead-by-example management style
ServSafe certification a plus
Chef de Cuisine Benefits:
