Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with General Manager to work as a cohesive team
- Assist Culinary Director with seasonal menus and specials
- Ensure all recipes are made with consistency
- Execution of all BOH administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing costs and effective staff scheduling
- Follow HR protocols, such as onboarding information, disciplinary forms, and procedures
- Enforce and train food safety and sanitation
- Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and functions properly
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings, respond to emails in a timely manner
Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
- Minimum 2yrs. As a Sous Chef or higher position
- Proven experience with administrative tasks
- Willing to accept guidance in a positive manner
- High attention to detail; organization and cleanliness
- ServSafe certified
