Job Description

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with General Manager to work as a cohesive team
  • Assist Culinary Director with seasonal menus and specials
  • Ensure all recipes are made with consistency
  • Execution of all BOH administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing costs and effective staff scheduling
  • Follow HR protocols, such as onboarding information, disciplinary forms, and procedures
  • Enforce and train food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and functions properly
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings, respond to emails in a timely manner

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
  • Minimum 2yrs. As a Sous Chef or higher position
  • Proven experience with administrative tasks
  • Willing to accept guidance in a positive manner
  • High attention to detail; organization and cleanliness
  • ServSafe certified
