Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities
- Devise different recipes by collaborating with the Culinary Director
- Maximize efficiency in BOH operations and schedule effectively
- Partner with General Manager to build a connected and unified team
Chef de Cuisine Requirements
- Open to constructive feedback and demonstrates proficiency in administrative duties
- Has an eye for precision, orderliness, and tidiness
- At least 2 years as a Sous Chef (or higher position)
