Job Description
Our Chef de cuisine will make key decisions about menu items, ingredients, and staffing. Key responsibilities include menu development, food preparation and presentation, and kitchen operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires the Sous Chef to constantly balance providing a high level of customer satisfaction with keeping the kitchen moving efficiently.
Chef de cuisine Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant kitchen management experience
- Annual sales volume experience of 300 covers a night
- Understands BOH systems to impact Food Cost, Labor Cost, Projections, Ordering, and Inventory
- Love for the industry and passion for people
