Seeking a Building Manager for a Class A building in Downtown Cincinnati. The building manager the maintenance and occupancy of this Downtown property. Must have experience managing multiple commercial tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, negotiating new lease contracts, and maintaining and negotiating external vendor relationships.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor' s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of commercial Real Estate of large Class A or B property management
• Experience supervising a maintenance and property management department
• Experience collecting bids and negotiating building-related contractors and services
