A growing general contractor is looking for a Construction Project Engineer to assist and support Project Managers on assigned projects.




What you are responsible for:

• Managing the submittal process
• Managing and tracking all RFIs
• Assisting in the project permit process and project closeouts
• Assisting in the preparations of bid packages and procurement
• Keeping the production schedule updated
• Managing change orders and material deliveries
• Attending scheduled project meetings and recording meeting minutes
• Enforcing the environmental, health, and safety management policies

What are the requirements:

• Associates Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of document control and scheduling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math/accounting skills
• Strong dependable team player
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to read drawings and specifications:
