A growing general contractor is looking for a Construction Superintendent with strong carpentry experience to provide supervision and knowledge to the project team involved in commercial construction projects.




What you are responsible for:

• Managing all project assignments
• Establishing and managing project schedules.
• Calculating labor, time, and materials for each project.
• Ordering all construction materials
• Supervising and training of field carpenters, unskilled/skilled workers, and subcontractors.
• Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
• Maintaining accurate records

What are the requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver' s license.
• Proven track record in Commercial/Residential construction and remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• The ability to safely operate power tools.
• The ability to read blueprints.
• Effective time management, communication, and leadership skills
