Job Description
Our fine-dining restaurant group is looking to add a Corporate Pastry Chef to our team to support our current and new restaurants. We are looking for someone with fine-dining Pastry Chef experience in restaurants.
Corporate Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Executive Chefs to create innovative new dishes in multiple concepts
- Involved in planning production and ensuring quality standards are met across all restaurants
- Training Sous Chefs and line cooks in pastry techniques and presentation
- Financial accountability, inventory management, recipe costing
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Corporate Pastry Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing a fine-dining restaurant environment
- Michelin or James Beard-level experience is a big plus
- Experience with 5M or more in volume
- Polish and professionalism
- Portfolio of creative work highlighting seasonal ingredients
