We have a spectacular country club located in Metro Detroit and are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager with high-volume experience to join our team. Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining experiences.



Banquet Manager Responsibilities:

• All F&B functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
• Create memorable dining experiences
• Lead the service team to excellence

Banquet Manager Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as a restaurant or banquet manager with high volume experience
• Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets a major plus
• Strategic thinker and planner
• Hands-on leader
• Great personality
• Possess a strong desire to make an impact
