Director of Catering Responsibilities:
- Department financials, operations, leadership, guest interaction, and driving and managing sales and events
- At least 3 years' experience as a Director of Catering overseeing at least three sales managers
- High-volume venue experience of at least $4M
- Leadership expertise in on-site catering, meetings, banquets, and weddings
- Background in upscale banqueting & events
- Experience with leading sales managers and banquet managers in a busy, upscale environment
- $90,000 to $100,000, plus excellent benefits
