We are a destination restaurant company known for memorable special occasions. We have spectacular locations from coast to coast and are seeking an experienced Director of Catering with high-volume sales experience. Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining and event experiences.

Director of Catering Responsibilities:
  • Department financials, operations, leadership, guest interaction, and driving and managing sales and events
Director of Catering Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Director of Catering overseeing at least three sales managers
  • High-volume venue experience of at least $4M
  • Leadership expertise in on-site catering, meetings, banquets, and weddings
  • Background in upscale banqueting & events
  • Experience with leading sales managers and banquet managers in a busy, upscale environment
Director of Catering Compensation:
  • $90,000 to $100,000, plus excellent benefits

  • In his private life, Jim’s spouse and four dogs keep him very active.  The dogs eat a raw diet that they prepare themselves.  They go on extensive hikes every day and enjoy traveling.
