Job Description
Culinary Director s Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating leadership in a fine-dining Multi-Unit Culinary Leadership role, with a minimum of 2 locations
- Overseeing 7+ million in revenue
- Strong tenures
- Culinary degree appreciated
- Hands-on management style, this is not an office job
- High level of professionalism and integrity with a sincere passion for hospitality
- Experience building on existing brand systems and processes
Culinary Director s Responsibilities:
- Responsible for upholding established standards in food quality and execution
- The ability to mentor highly-talented Executive Chefs
- Systems-driven and highly creative in developing new dishes
- Overseeing Culinary operations of 2 fine-dining concepts
- Passion for the guest experience and high attention to detail
- Full financial accountability of P&L and menu costing
