Director of Culinary Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, develop, and schedule staff
• Ensure your team provides quality meals and excellent service
• Assure diet orders are followed and the nutritional needs of residents are met
• Manage budgets and maintain policies and procedures.

Director of Culinary Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Culinary or related field preferred, Associates required
• 5 years of food service experience and supervision
• Working knowledge of regulations
• ServSafe certification

Director of Culinary Benefits:

• Competitive salary 60-71K
