An established facility is seeking a DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & OPERATIONS to join their team and make an immediate impact by overseeing all plant operations and implementing operational improvement strategies.

The ideal DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES will have 7+ years' facilities management at a Casino, Hospital or Large Conference/Coliseum, and bring proven leadership skills that inspire the facilities workforce.

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee all Plant Functions, including Physical Plant, Structures, Utilities, Contract Management, Remodeling, and Landscaping
  • Provide Outstanding Leadership to Facilities Staff
  • Collaborate on Long-Term Planning and Strategy Projects
  • Manage Facilities Budgets
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7+ Years of Facilities Management Experience; Current Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred - Experience, Apprenticeship, & Certifications Can Replace Degre

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS SALARY & BENEFITS:

$85,000-95,000 Base Salary
