New, high-end, state of the art hotel is searching for a Director of Food & Beverage Operations to lead the F&B team. Must have high-end, fine dining, and event management experience and be extremely detail oriented.

Director of Food & Beverage Operations Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
  • Coordinate all operations throughout the facility
  • Lead by example in the execution of standardized procedures
  • Work with management to create a flawless memorable experience
  • Manage and execute financial plans and logs of the property

Director of Food & Beverage OperationsQualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience at a high-end hotel or resort.
  • 4-year college degree in related field preferred
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge and ability to stay on top of current trends
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Passion for delivering a memorable experience and building relationships
