Director of Marketing Qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities, both independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • 4+ years experience in B2C marketing, public relations, social media management and web design
  • 2+ years of experience leading a marketing team
  • Experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred
  • Graphic design, content creation, copywriting and editing experience
  • A deep understanding of social media and where trends are heading
  • Extensive experience with marketing analytics, with expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook / Instagram analytics.
  • Strong management and communication skills

Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and communicate the brand strategy across all marketing programs and channels
  • Lead execution of the brand strategy and marketing calendar
  • Execute and manage digital marketing strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives for continual optimization
  • Manage relationships with marketing partners and agencies
  • Manage corporate marketing budget
  • Manage and execute all marketing aspects of the company s proprietary and third-party technology applications(mobile app, loyalty program, mobile ordering, digital signage, etc.)
  • Manage and execute sales initiatives in the areas of private events, sponsorships, advertising, community networking and strategic partnerships
  • Work with department leaders to ensure the execution of our brand values and promise
  • Oversee the design of marketing materials, advertisements, and graphics

Michael also enjoys white water rafting and hiking and has climbed some of the highest mountains in America.
