Director of operations needed for growing concept!

You have at least 3+ years experience in a Director role overseeing at least 4 units and generating sales of $5 million or more per store.

Director of Restaurant Operations Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all current locations
  • Direct and oversee the opening of new stores
  • Work closely with owners to continue to grow market share and realize expansion plans
  • Mentor and guide team members
  • Implement training standards and processes
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation, and HR regulations

Director of Restaurant Operations Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Director role overseeing multiple managers and actively participating in store openings
  • Exemplar people-focused leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
