Director of operations needed for growing concept!
You have at least 3+ years experience in a Director role overseeing at least 4 units and generating sales of $5 million or more per store.
Director of Restaurant Operations Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all current locations
- Direct and oversee the opening of new stores
- Work closely with owners to continue to grow market share and realize expansion plans
- Mentor and guide team members
- Implement training standards and processes
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation, and HR regulations
Director of Restaurant Operations Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Director role overseeing multiple managers and actively participating in store openings
- Exemplar people-focused leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
