Director of Paving Operations Responsibilities:

• Operate and supervise equipment, supplies, and team to ensure proper and safe delivery and application of all materials
• Train and cross-train crew members as requested.

Director of Paving Operations Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of all aspects of the paving industry
• 3+ years of asphalt paving and equipment operations
• Valid drivers license
