Director of Room Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar of at 5+ years
• Loyalty, team mentality, and servant-leadership style
• Full focus on positive guest experience
• Out-of-the-box problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SMS Host or similar

Director of Rooms Duties

• Oversee multiple departments
• Lead our management team through regular check-ins and mentorship
• Shape existing policies and create new ones where needed
• Be the liaison between guests and VIPs and hotel staff
• Assist in budgets and forecasting
