Restaurant District Manager Requirements
  • Provides inspired leadership by investing in people
  • Creates a world-class guest experience; build management teams to understand and commit to guest service standards
  • Consistently sources market for qualified talent; must have a passion for developing, teaching, and coaching
  • Experience overseeing up to 7 locations
  • Manages operational execution and expense control
  • Must possess own vehicle and proof of insurance
  • 3+ years in a similar role

  • Trish is a PASSIONATE Boston sports fan. Her NE Patriots, Boston Celtics, Bruins, and Red Sox keep her on an emotional roller coaster throughout the year, but she is ok with that! Trish got a bucket list item checked this year when she was surprised by her amazing family for her milestone birthday with tickets and a trip to SuperBowl LIII.
