Job Description

Do you have environmental experience such as home inspection, industrial hygiene, remediation, radon, lead or mold sampling experience? This role requires you to be on the road traveling throughout your assigned MA/RI territory performing on average, 3-4 environmental assessments per day with new clients. Environmental Inspector Responsibilities:

Cultivating qualified leads to set up inspection appointments, manage sales pipeline, and perform consistent follow-ups with prospective customers.

Conduct onsite environmental assessments including setting up engineering equipment, using mobile applications, and recording and entering assessment data.

Report writing: utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Word, Outlook, and cloud services such as OneDrive to upload and share inspection reports

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly way, answer questions, and provide a superior customer experience.

Environmental Inspector Qualifications:

-Licensed Home Inspector, preferred

-Excellent sales and negotiating skills

-Ability to work independently as well as follow specific instructions, as needed

-Capable of working a demanding job (carrying and setting up equipment, etc.)

-Tech-savvy; Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Word, Outlook & learning to operate engineering equipment

-Residing in or near the applicable territory (There are 4 territories currently open: North Shore, South Shore, Metro West & Greater Boston)
