Job Description

This is an integral role within our organization - you will work as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President - keeping schedules up to date, replying to customers, anticipating needs, and evaluating spreadsheets. An NDA will be signed as you will be involved in many different situations and conversations; confidentiality is very important as is a hotel background and understanding. Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Keep calendars up to date and ensure the VP has documents prepared for each meeting
  • Record keeping from meetings
  • Answer phone and email correspondence professionally

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • Discrete in nature, calm under pressure - yet possess the ability to laugh and enjoy each day
  • Ability to keep conversations confidential
  • Able to fully function within the Microsoft suite - excel word, office etc
  • Understanding of hotel systems - Opera, Profit Sword, Paylocity
