We are a growing brand in the market opening a new location. Our second location is in search of an Executive Chef with good sales volume experience and contract food service knowledge. A great candidate might have a mix of chef experience but needs to have high volume a la carte experience. Scratch kitchen experience is a non-negotiable need!

Executive Chef requirements are listed below:

3 years in a management role Executive Chef or higher
5+ million in a la carte sales experience
Scratch kitchen background with strong recipe coherence
Team building and leading abilities for we are not looking for a R&D chef

Executive Chef Salary range and benefits:

$60, 000-$75, 000
Health and PTO/Sick days
Bank/Government Holidays off
