Executive Chef/Culinary Director

Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Chef/Culinary director to report directly to our Chef Partner and assist in the operations, the opening of new operations, and the development of future operations with our VC-backed company that has many different outlets.
Executive Chef/Culinary Director Requirements:
- Must have 1-3 years of Michelin Star or Luxury resort in their background
- Experience with fermentation and dry-aging is a plus
- Must be comfortable with pastry when necessary
- Wild game and Wild foods experience a plus
- New Restaurant Opening Experience!
- Strong business acumen, ability to understand and forecast business levels, PnL statements, and budgets
Executive Chef/Culinary Director Responsibilities:
- Work as a partner in the design and development of the concept
- Work as an active chef during service periods
- Develop menu and recipes
- Touch tables and interact with guests as necessary
- Willingness to participate in marketing for the restaurant including appearing tv/print / online marketing
