We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, upscale, polished dining environment and dedicate time to developing the restaurant' s brand and reputation.




Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Executive Chef Requirements:
  • Ability to create menus
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • 3-5 years of management experience in high-volume restaurants

He has been working in the Washington, DC, and Maryland market for the last 13 years but has operated businesses and new openings in Chicago, Kansas City, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Orlando, and Tampa.
 
Greg graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Greg lives in Annapolis, Maryland, and has been married to his wife, Kristen, since 2003. They have two amazing children, David and Kailee.
 
In his spare time, Greg enjoys hanging out with his family, cooking, sports, and any outdoor activity like hiking, camping, and fishing.
