High-Volume, Fast-Paced Restaurant Company is Looking a Talented and Experienced Executive Chef!

Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Meet all targets for labor and food cost
  • Oversee ordering/receiving and inventory practices
  • Maintain order guides, waste logs, and daily production guides
  • Hire, train and lead the culinary team
  • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Restaurant Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • Culinary Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of positive culinary career progressive
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Wine knowledge is a plus!
