A dynamic concept with very high standards is looking for an Executive Chef to join the team. Executive Chef must be able to deliver and maintain very high standards.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Executive Chef will strive for the high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Executive Chef will develop his team members
  • Executive Chef must be able to deliver financials according to budgeted goals
  • Executive Chef will hold staff and self accountable to all safety and sanitation regulations

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale restaurant environment
  • High sales volume of at least $3 Million+
  • Control costs and achieve financial results
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Most of his career he was a Regional Manager. Nino started at Giordano’s, Chicago’s famous pizza restaurant chain, and left to join the Fontana Restaurant Group, where he was a part owner for over six years before it was sold. He then joined Maggiano’s Little Italy.  
  • Nino enjoys nothing better than watching football with his son and cooking great dinners for him and his beautiful wife, Melissa.  He loves opening a good bottle of wine, having a taste, and then planning what to cook for dinner that would perfectly match that wine.
