Job Description


We are seeking a Luxury Hotel Executive Chef with a proven history of kitchen leadership and hotel food planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classic and progressive cooking, menu refreshing including banquet programs, working in concert with the Executive team on operations, and juggling the competing demands of stakeholders with professional savvy.




Luxury Hotel Chef Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in high volume Luxury Hotel
  • Expert knowledge of culinary trends
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines
  • Organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Hotel banquets and working with sales and operations on BEOs to execute high-end functions

Luxury Hotel Chef Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage all aspects of the kitchen operations for Banquet/special events and assist with the dining venue
  • Advise the Director of F&B on all matters relating to the kitchen area.
  • Plan and implement menu design in collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage
  • Be a presentable and a marketable figure in the hotel
