Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards
- Train, coach, and direct your team to be the best every day
- Be able to add structure and organization
- Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the Kitchen
- Ability to partner and collaborate with leadership - share and execute the same vision and goals
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Full-Service Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef role at an upscale establishment - NO JOB HOPPERS
- High-volume, scratch kitchen leadership experience
- Must be able to meet deadlines while having fun
- Must be a great cook and really be passionate about how the food quality affects a guest experience; no clipboard chefs
- Proven proficiency in inventory, ordering, scheduling, team building, and the ability to analyze food cost and labor cost
- Passion for high food quality standards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
