Outstanding and established family owned restaurant is looking for a Culinary leader to assist with strengthening our success and help get the company to the next level. We are seeking a leader with sound culinary expertise, as well as exposure on the grand scale of business volume.

Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager Candidate requirements:
-From-scratch cooking expertise is a must.
-Needs a proven track record of very high volume experience, along with creativity and menu design.
-The ideal candidate possesses sound expertise with systems and standardized processes.
-Solid experience with cost controls, as well as profit and loss statement and budgets.
-A profound and positive leadership mentality with a patient teaching and coaching approach.
