Executive Chef Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full-service Executive Chef experience
  • Annual sales volume experience of $5+ million
  • Has the passion for training his Sous Chef's and Team Members
  • Knows BOH systems to impact Food Cost, Ordering and inventory
  • Love for the industry and passion for people
  • Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllables to use a computer
