Executive Chef needed to help build a new trendy restaurant focusing on upscale service and fresh seafood.
Executive Chef Benefits and Requirements:
3 to 5 years of Chef leadership experience.
Expertise in handling fresh seafood, preparing, sourcing, made from scratch sauces and creativity.
Experience in a high-volume operation with a hands-on attitude and energy.
Culinary School or equivalent experience.
Menu creativity, state of the art equipment and air-conditioned kitchen.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
Collaborate with company Chef.
Manage, Supervise, and prepare food with a passion for quality and outstanding service.
Source, purchase, organize and inventory all foods including seafood.
Hire, train, coach and develop BOH team members.
Ensure food quality, food safety and proper handling.
