Executive Chef Requirements:
- A proven ability to collaborate on menu, staff and business development.
- Creativity pared with consistent quality.
- We are looking for an Executive Chef who has wide-ranging experience and a focus on flavor development and the fusion of diverse cultures using rustic culinary techniques.
- Experience cooking with an open wood fire hearth.
- Good progression in both tenure and title.
- Solid culinary training and/or mentorships.
- Comfortable preparing a variety of flavor combinations including Chinese, Mexican, American and Persian.
- Experience working with diverse cultures.
- Well-traveled is a plus.
- Proven experience, as an Executive Chef, in developing a team of winners.
- Base salary in the $75,000 to $85,000 range depending on background and experience.
